Shipping Information

  1. Processing and shipping only takes place on “business days” Monday – Friday only. Weekends and holidays are not included.
  2. Orders placed after 2pm EST are considered the next business days transaction and will not be processed and shipped until the follow business day.

Return Policy

Returns can be made within the first 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. If the product needs to be returned as a result of our error (i.e. wrong item, defective, etc.), EllieMae’s Boutique will pay the return shipping costs. If the return is not a result of our error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to EllieMae’s Boutique. The customer may return the product directly to the store with a receipt for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase without a fee.

30 Days from Purchase Date – Return for an exchange or store credit with receipt only. No refunds will be issued.

Clearance Purchases – All sales are final – no returns.

For shipments damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@elliemaes.boutique or 812-339-8084. Do not throw away any of the package’s components. A replacement or refund will not be issued on items discarded prior to authorization.

We require that customers contact us within 30 days of the purchase date with any quality control issues, damaged packaging or product dissatisfaction. All merchandise must be inspected upon receipt; otherwise EllieMae’s Boutique will not be liable.
